RIDER PROFILE

• Presently I’m working with IT Services company as an AGM with total 18+ yrs. experience in IT Services only.
• Till 1998, I was doing Power Lifting and participated till State Level but due to Slip-Disc injury during workout, I opted-out from any sports activity till 2017.
• In the month of Sep-2016, I faced worst condition of my Slip-Disc pain and I remember, I was using the support for movements. During MRI, it was diagnosed major issue between L5-S1 Disc.
• Since I was avoiding major workout so gained lots of extra weight (87.9kg) which was also making problem for me as Doctor suggested to reduce weight for avoiding the surgery.
• For weight management, I purchased a MTB cycle on 16-Sep-17 and started regular cycling with Decathlon Indirapuram team. My last achieved weight was 72.3KG.
• From Nov-2018, I’ve started doing Ultra Rides and started participating in Brevets.
• Till date I’ve covered 9,500 KM in Brevet only (Including Super Randonneur in 6 Days (First one to do it on MTB) / 1200km Noida- Jammu-Noida / 1400km Noida-Jammu-Dalhousie-Noida) and my total covered distance on MTB is more than 15,000 KM.
• My dream of getting PBP title (Paris-Brest-Paris) is about to get true in Aug-2019 as I’ve already pre-qualified for participation. I might be one to finish PBP on MTB from North India.
