We are looking for a result-driven Sales Engineer/Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Provide Sales Coverage in a defined sales territory to different industrial sector users. The Sales Engineer/Manager will be working very closely with the various internal Product Specialists, Field Service and Inside Sales Team.Who you are:

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria :
- E./B.Tech./B.Sc.
- Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
- MBA is an added advantage
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Must have good knowledge of the geographical region
- Spoken and written fluency in the English language is required and French is an added advantage
- Knowledge of the process industry market and Non-Process End User market like Power Plants, Pulp & Paper, Chemicals & Fertilizers etc. would be preferred.
- Hands-on experience of Centrifugal Pumps would be an added advantage.
- Should possess good skills and ability to independently handle English communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:- Maintaining the call frequency with the customer on a regular basis to grow the business
- Achieve sales and order booking targets set for the region allocated
- Building relationship with the customer by maintaining high ethical standards
- Retaining old customers and generating new business
- Support finance for any issues related to payment, collection of statutory forms
- Coordinating with Service Department to resolve issues related to after Sales Service
- Maintains active communications with respective in-house personnel
- Maintaining a periodic and continuous report on the performance of supplied products
- Represents all product lines assigned on each customer visit
- Communicates customer visits in writing via CRM reports in an established timely and consistent manner
- Assure customer satisfaction throughout the territory
- Maintain established customer base, develop new relationships and opportunities
- Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of key account sales strategies and tactics
